Russia, Indonesia, Latvia and the Philippines lead on equality in the boardroom

Russia, Indonesia, Latvia and the Philippines have more than 40% of senior executive positions in companies filled by women.

"The United States ranked towards the bottom of the list with just 22 percent of women in senior management, which also falls below the dismal global average of 24 percent."
