The NHS Choices website is offering ratings of GP surgeries out of 10 based on the results of a nationwide survey looking at how easy it is to get an appointment and have explanations about diseases.

Why not just make it simpler and use a Facebook-style 'like' button for GP practices?
The more 'likes' you have obviously the better the GP practice. (sarcasm)
